Crossarm Brace

The cross arm braces are suitably designed to work perfectly in the telecommunication industry, power transmission lines & railroads.

These are perfect for both tangent and dead-end applications & allows to give the conductors on the transmission lines adequate support. They are also meant to anchor the conductor lines at for stability.

The crossarm braces are made of carbon steel, making them durable and highly reliable, with proper Galvanizing. It has a smooth and rounded end, which allows them to complement the conductors in various applications. They also come in different lengths which are 20, 26, 28 and 32. The thickness of the brace is 1/4 inches. One end of the hole measures 9/16 while the other end is 7/16.

It exists as a single piece hence is not a product of the welding process. The compactness and quality of the material of this crossarm brace are responsible for its massive tensile strength. The tensile strength of these braces ranges between 410N/mm2 to 560N/mm2

Electrical Crossarm

An electrical cross arm is a strong and efficient pole hardware fittings that are used for supporting conductors in a power transmission line.

It is made up of steel due to its tensile strength & hot deep galvanized, which prevents rust, corrosion, and abrasion.

Steel is the right choice of material for the electrical cross arm due to its tensile strength. It can sustain the mechanical forces which may threaten its stability.

The electrical cross arm comes in five different configurations. These are the Power pole cross arm, Line-cross arms, Telephone pole cross arms, and Side arms. Each configuration is specifically designed to work well in its application

Alley Arm

This is mainly used on the utility pole, light pole and power pole. & is made of premium angle steel.
It is physically strong & has high tensional strength, which allows it to remain strong regardless of the mechanical forces that can subject it to tensile strain.
It is hot dip galvanized so that it is free from chemical damage that can be caused by water and other corrosive fumes.
The lengths of the alley arms vary between 60, 84 and 120 inches of alley arms. In terms of the design, this pole attachment hardware is designed to be installed on either the left or right side of the power pole. Another distinct design feature of the alley arm is both its ends are beta closed. This means that when installed, the angle narrows down to zero. Allay arms are designed to be installed with the off-side steel cross arm before the two are fixed to the pole. This ensures that the steel cross arm is supported firmly.
Pinnacle Engineering designs and manufactures quality arm brace for the pole line. We ensure that our electrical pole accessories undergo vigorous tests before they are supplied to the market

V-Type Cross Arm

The V Crossarm Brace is a type of Pole Line Hardware used to provide additional support to a wooden utility pole. It is designed to be installed at a 45-degree angle between the pole and the crossarm, forming a V shape. The brace is typically made of galvanized steel or aluminum and is available in various sizes to fit different pole and crossarm configurations.

It is used to support heavy crossarms on utility poles. Brace are fastened to the pole with a 5/8 inch bolt, mounts to underside of crossarm with 1/2 inch bolts or lag Screws. Hot dip galvanized meet ASTM A153 specification.

Pole line

accessories plays a protective role, in ensuring that the mains line and other vital cables are supported onto their respective positions. They also ensure that there is no overflow of the electric current from the mains lines.

It plays a critical role in guaranteeing safety for those who are nearby the poles. If they can prevent the mains cable from falling, it means that the lives of the people and property will be free from destruction.

Conduit Standoff Bracket

A conduit standoff bracket is a transmission line hardware that helps conduit lines to stay in a fixed position. When it is used on the power pole, it is also called a power pole standoff bracket. The conduit standoff bracket is used for the conduit line that runs along an electric wire. It helps to hold the conduit line away from any other electric wires or it may help to keep the conduit line well above any other lines coming through it.

Conduit standoff brackets are made up of metal hence are strong enough to provide the required support. The material also gives them the required strength to endure all the different vagaries of nature that come with the outdoor setup.

The conduit line is normally attached to a conduit standoff bracket using an angle clamp, which helps hold it in place and secures conduit suspension. Conduit lines are used to carry electricity and must be strong enough to hold them

Pole Band

A pole band also known as the pole fastener or a fastening clamp, is an accessory that is used for attaching secondary racks to the poles. The secondary racks are then used for supporting other pole line fittings and even the cables.

When it comes to the pole band designs, they are designed to suit perfectly around the poles. A single pole band comprises of two pieces of metal which are enjoined together by bolts to form a circular-like shape. The bolts ensure that the pole band (which is made up of galvanized steel material) is attached to the pole tightly.

The simplicity of these pole bands makes it easy to install them at their appropriate positions on the pole. It will also allow you to make the necessary adjustments when that time comes.

Secondary Clevis

The secondary clevis also known as the dead end clevis, comes with strict quality control and is punched with clevis pin and flat steel that strings the pool insulator. The secondary clevis, , is a D shaped iron D bracket. The electrical clevis has the main purpose for low voltage dead end or an overhead line.

Most often, the dead end clevis is used for connecting the spool insulator on the pole. This way, the spool insulator becomes able to support and insulate the conductors.

Moreover, the clevis pin is designed in such a way to bear the shearing forces and the belts are made for handling tension forces. The high tensile strength with a hot-dip galvanized finish ensures the maximum quality of the secondary clevis.

Secondary Rack

Secondary rack is a type of insulator cable support with a steel U channel at the base. The base is adjoined with the utility pole through nuts and bolts. The secondary rack has a galvanized finish, and it follows the ASTM-123 standard. the secondary rack is designed in such a manner that it can support three to four conductors. The manufacturing steps involve welding, drilling, riveting, and hot dip galvanizing

Street Light Arm

Found on the light poles or street light, a street light arm is an extension of the structure that extends towards the LED end. Broadly speaking, a street light arm is used to amplify the magnitude of the light projecting from the pole for a better view.

A street light arm is strategically important for enhancing lighting in residential areas, pedestrian crossings, and urban settings. The right features, design, assemblage, and materials are essential as they decide the durability and effectiveness of the product.

Cross Pate Anchor

The cross plate anchor is used to provide stability and support to several human-made and natural constructions. Also, making holes drilled by power diggers comes under an essential feature of cross plate anchors.

Formed up of two structural plates, these cross plate anchors are shaped for reinforcement to support and hold the nut from the forged eye rod; a retainer on the bottom of the anchor is available, which makes it easier to grip.

FEATURES

  • These cross plate anchors are specialized in making holes augured by power drillers
  • Made up of hot-dip galvanized steel with a built-in nut retainer, available in various lengths and diameters
  • One-piece design with ridged plate rims and ribbed anchor plates
  • These cross plate anchors are highly suitable for a range of soil classes with rust inhibitor-treated
